Our ATOL licence no is 9168 The air holidays and flights offered by BAOBAB Travel are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. ATOL protects you from losing your money or being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks on tour operators like BAOBAB Travel it licenses, and requiring us to take part in a financial guarantee scheme managed by the Air Travel Trust (ATT), which provides the funds to protect customers should BAOBAB financially fail. As a licence holder we also provide a bond, which is lodged with the ATT and provides additional funds. If BAOBAB Travel goes out of business, the CAA will make a refund to you, or if you are abroad, they will arrange for you to finish your holiday and fly home. |
