KRUGER NATIONAL PARK – Plains Camp, operated by and offered in conjunction with Rhino Walking Safaris, is situated in a private concession within the Kruger National Park. The concession shares an unfenced boundry with Mala Mala and Sabi Sands reserves, allowing game to move freely between the reserves. Plains Camp’s luxury African explorer style tents overlook the Timbeten plain and waterhole. The 19th Century style camp is raised on wooden decks and stylishly decorated. A typical day at Plains Camp begins with morning coffee and rusks followed by a morning walk tracking rhino and elephant. Returning to camp, enjoy a leisurely brunch and relax in the cool of the acacia trees overlooking the waterhole. Following high tea, set out again in the late afternoon for a walking safari or game drive and then indulge in a sunset cocktail.
