The Red Sea is often referred to as a diver's paradise - with great dive sites, abundant marine life, great visibility and warm waters. The northern part of the Red Sea has been selected as one of the Seven Underwater Wonders of The World. In recent years some of these precious habitats have received protection.

The Best of Dahab dive package has been designed for any divers (min. qualification PADI Open Water or similar) who want to experience the ultimate Sinai experience. It combines the best dives in & around Dahab with the famous camel dive safaris and a boat safari to two different Marine Reserves. This trip is also ideal for mixed groups of divers, snorkellers and non-divers, offering sufficient variety for everybody to enjoy a week of adventure & fun.

You will be met by our representative on arrival at Sharm Airport and transferred to Dahab. Overnight at Daniela Village on B&B basis.

After breakfast, there will be a briefing at the Daniela Diving Centre. Dive equipment and weights with buoyancy checks will be sorted before setting off on your first dive of the week. Two guided dives in the Dahab area by jeep or pick up truck transfer.

Dahab offers a wide range of shore dives in the Gulf of Aqaba, from shallow gentle dives to deep technical dives in the Blue Hole. Dive sites include the Canyon, Bells to the Blue Hole, the Islands, the Three Pools, Coral Garden, Eel Gardens and the Lighthouse (dependent on weather conditions). Overnight at Daniela Village on B&B basis.

The journey to Ras Abu Galloum begins early to take full advantage of the cool morning air on the hour camel ride to the first dive site. After an early breakfast, you will depart to the Blue Hole by jeep, where you will meet your camels. After a brief introduction to camel riding, all equipment, food and water are loaded onto the camels.

The trek by foot or on camel to Ras Abu Galloum starts. Two dives in the in the beautiful reefs of Ras abu Galloum. Lunch is prepared by the Bedouins and served in a traditional way of eating together and helping yourself. Before sunset you will make your way back to the Blue Hole by camel, where transportation will be waiting to take you back to Daniela Village. Overnight at Daniela Village on B&B basis plus lunch.

After another early breakfast, depart at 07.30 hrs from the hotel to the jetty and take the boat out. Full day boat dive safari to Gabr el Bint with 2 dives. Gabr el Bint is located approximately 7.5 km south of Dahab and can only be reached by foot, camel or boat. Lunch will be served onboard.

Gabr el Bint in Arabic means 'The Tomb of the Girl' and it is believed that many centuries ago a Bedouin girl was taken ill while travelling through the area and was buried at this beautiful spot, at the foot of the mountains. In the afternoon return to the hotel. Overnight at Daniela Village on B&B basis plus lunch.

Today you will have a choice of activities.
Option 1: Two guided dives in Dahab, as on day 2, but different dive sites, and dinner at the hotel.
Option 2: Full day desert jeep adventure with trekking by foot through the White & Narrow Canyons, visiting the Mushroom Rock and relaxing over a Bedouin lunch in the Oasis. Return to Daniela Village at about 17.00 hrs.
Overnight at Daniela Village on B&B basis plus dinner (option 1) or lunch (option 2).

Free day at leisure with optional activities such as more diving, sunset Quadride, or horse riding. Overnight at Daniela Village on B&B basis.

After breakfast (depending on flight time) you will be transferred back to Sharm Airport for your flight home.
