Swakopmund - The Stiltz is a series of stilted wooden cabins raised above a bird rich wetland where the river Swakup meets the sea. It offers the most spectacular views in Swakopmund, overlooking either the Atlantic Ocean, the river-bed or the sand dunes. Each private bungalow has been attended to in the finest detail, interlinked by wooden walkways to the others and to the main dining bungalow. The interiors are colourful, quirky, artistic and stylish, each unit having its own individual look. The Stiltz is only 15 minute walk into the town centre to the many restaurants and bars.

Swakopmund

Regular flights from Windhoek to nearby Walvis Bay available, followed by a road transfer to Swakopmund. Alternatively road transfers from Windhoek can be arranged. The lodge can also be reached by private car - directions on request. Dunehopper charter flight departures from Swakopmund to Namib Desert available.

For safety reasons children under 12 are not allowed in the bungalows on stilts, however children are allowed to stay in the Family Bungalow and The Villa
