Stellenbosch, Winelands - The 25 ha Rozendal estate comprises of vineyards, pastures, gardens and forest & fynbos. The country inn's en-suite rooms all have terraces and are situated between the vineyards and with majestic mountain views. The rooms are simple, elegant and comfortable and many decorated by works of well-known contemporary South African artists. The menu in their restaurant can be described as fresh, creative and natural, using seasonal ingredients many locally produced or from their bio-dynamic garden.

Since 1994 Rozendal is managed biologically with an environmental and health concious approach. In May 2001 they switched to biodynamic farming and winemaking and are now members of the Biodynamic Agricultural Association.
