Franschhoek, Winelands - Klein Oliphants Hoek is a 4 star guesthouse set in the heart of the village of Franschhoek. Built as a mission station in 1888, this sophisticated, comfortable and quirky guesthouse offers old-time chic, a touch of colonial splendour with a warm and personalized service.

Comfort rooms: Two cozy & light loft rooms accessible via the Mission Hall lounge. These rooms have lovely mountain views from the bed & bathroom windows and have en-suite bathrooms with a shower over the bath.

Courtyard rooms: Two delightful rooms leading from the Mission Hall and have a small patio with private seating. The en-suite bathrooms are spacious with separate shower and bath. There is underfloor heating and advanced air-con/heating systems in both bedrooms.

Classroom Suite: This former missionary classroom features period high ceilings with direct access to their boutique garden & courtyard. The room has a king-sized bed, charming large bathroom with double washing basins, separate shower, bath and bidet. There is a cosy fireplace in the bedroom, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and an advanced air-con/heating system in the room.

Hidden Missionary Suite: This secluded room features a cosy fireplace, extra long king-sized bed, charming en-suite bathroom with separate shower & bath and underfloor heating, and advanced air-con/heating system. Outside is a private veranda and courtyard with splash pool.

Sundeck Jacuzzi Suite: This popular private upstairs loft room features an extra long king-sized bed and an open plan bathroom with full body massage shower and an advanced air-con/heating system. The magical feature of this room is the large private roof sundeck with heated Jacuzzi and outdoor shower all overlooking the spectacular Franschhoek mountains.

Elephant Suite: This room features a beautifully themed bedroom with en-suite open plan bathroom. Leading from the bedroom area is a private lounge area with a glass wall overlooking a secluded & sunny private patio, sparkling plunge pool and outdoor shower. For those cooler days & nights, this suite has two cosy fireplaces, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge, which also has underfloor heating and advanced air-con/heating system.
