Chapwani Island, Zanzibar Archipelago - Chapwani Island is a small lodge on a private island, just off the coast of Zanzibar, surrounded by white sandy beaches. The island has plenty of small coves and sandy bays, perfect for finding a secluded private beach and its crystal blue waters are great for snorkelling. The rooms are simply furnished with a four-poster bed, a mosquito net, ceiling fan, wardrobe and traditional Zanzibari writing desk. A banana leaf shutter closes the room from the light outside whilst letting through a fresh breeze. Each room has its own terrace and lounge beds on the beach in front of the room.

Private island near Stone Town

Regular flights from Arusha, Dar es Salaam and Selous to Zanzibar available. Chapwani island is a 15 munite boat transfer from Stone Town.
