Swimming in the pool or sea, snorkelling (equipment available), kayaking (single & doubles), windsurfing, sailing in Laser II. Guided excursions to Bagamoyo town and Kaolo Ruins available at additional cost, as well as diving.

The owners of Lazy Lagoon have amongst others been involved in the creation and continued management of the Madete Green Turtle hatchery, Tanzania's first turtle hatchery.
