Zambia - Places To Stay

Islands of Siankaba
Livingstone - Islands of Siankaba comprise of two densely forested sand islands in the Zambezi River near the Siansimba Rapids, approx 40 km upstream from the falls and just 50 km from the magnificent Chobe National Park (Botswana). It is an incredibly romantic & picturesque destination that especially appeals to honeymooners. The two islands are linked by a suspension bridge and overhead walkway in the tree canopy, joining the island with the secluded chalets to the restaurant. The uniquely designed chalets are constructed of teak and custom-made canvas tenting and are raised well above ground levels in the tree canopy. The Chef, Judas, has recently returned from his international exposure in the United Kingdom, and have now launched a new and fantastic 5 course dinner menu including exotic dishes and decadent sorbets.
