Cairo & Nile
BAOBAB's Cairo & Nile tour is an opportunity to combine the cultural sites of Cairo with an opportunity to visit the less frequented desert black and white desert and Baharyia Oasis. Our English speaking guide will inform you of the history of the famous city of Cairo with visits to its mosques, churches and of course Pharonic history. You will finish with the chance to unwind in the solitude of the desert and enjoy some traditional Beduoin hospitality. To the north of Cairo the desert contains some of Egypt's hidden treasures including remarkably well preserved mummies and wind blasted rock sculptures which defy the imagination.

Sinai Camel Dive Safari
Baobab’s Egyptian Camel Dive Safari is an opportunity to totally escape from the mainstream commercialised resorts and to experience some of the best diving the Red Sea (Gulf of Aqaba) has to offer. The trip combines a few days of diving based at the relaxed village-style resort of Dahab, with a 3-days camel safari up the coast to Ras Abu Galum, where you can dive some fabulous remote sites and completely escape the Red Sea crowds in the company of the local Bedouin.

Sinai Desert Dweller Safari
BAOBAB's Egyptian Desert Dweller Camel Safari takes you into the heart of the Sinai desert on camel and by foot. You will visit some of the awesome natural features of the Sinai (e.g. canyons), spend time with a Bedouin tribe to learn about their ways of surviving this harsh desert environment and will take you to some of the ancient biblical sites, such as St Catherine's Monastery, by jeep and explore the Mount Sinai region by foot.

BAOBAB's Sinai Coast to Coast Jeep Safari bursts with historical and cultural interest to give you a true insight into the 'great and terrible wilderness' through which the Israelites wandered for 40 years. It starts on the Gulf of Aqaba coast and passes through 1000s of years of Sinai history. You will visit St Catherine's Monastery with the infamous burning bush; Wadi Feiran, where Moses struck a rock with his staff bringing forth a spring so his people could drink; the famous turquoise mines at Serabit - just to name a few.

Baobab’s Ras Mohammed & Nabq Dive Safari is a 15 dives, mega dive safari in 2 famous national parks. Specially designed with dive clubs and groups of dive buddies in mind, who have done the standard dive packages and liveaboards in the Red Sea and want to escape the commercialised resorts. The trip offers plenty of diving in some of the best dive sites in the Red Sea, but at the same time some of the most remote & rarely dived sites. A completely escape from the Red Sea crowds in the company of the local Bedouins and their camels.

Yoga - Sinai Open Sky Retreat

The Sinai Open Sky Retreat combines the desert and coastal environment to provide a excellent and tranquil environment for yoga and meditation. Two experienced, British yoga teachers will lead all yoga, meditation and shiatsu workshops, focusing on body, mind and spirit. You will be based partly in Dahab, practising yoga overlooking the Gulf of Aqaba, and partly in on camel safari in the Sinai. The desert houses some awesome natural plateaus, smoothed and eroded by the wind, seemingly especially for yoga practise.
