Jet
lag
Your
journey to Southern Africa is eastward through 2 and 1 time-zone(s)
respectively. The good news is that you should not suffer from jetlag,
since you are not crossing enough time zones.
What
you can do on the flight:
|
|
Try
to maintain a sufficient fluid intake - not all alcoholic - to prevent
dehydration |
|
|
Have
the occasional stroll to guard against muscle cramp |
|
|
If
you want to sleep, only do so if it is coincident with night-time
at your destination |
Deep
Vein Thrombosis

people now believe that there is an association between long distance
travel and risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT). For further information
