How to book

You can submit an enquiry through our website by completing our online enquiry form or phone us to speak to one of our travel consultants to enquire about a tailor-made trip or request a brochure, which can also be downloaded from our website.

Once we have a good idea of your requirements and interests we will design a tailor-made holiday itinerary that will meet your expectations and suit your budget and travel dates. This normally takes some time of communication between you and one of our travel consultants to get your holiday itinerary spot on.

Once you are ready to book, please ask our consultant to check availability for your specific dates and make provisional reservations with all the accommodations, so we are 100% sure that all the arrangements are available for your unique trip. Once this has been achieved, we will send you a personalised booking form, normally by email, for completion.

To accept a quote and confirm your booking you will need to complete our booking form, return this to us (we can accept electronic copies) and pay 20% of full cost payable for your holiday as a deposit. We can accept payments in Pound Sterling by bank transfer, debit & credit card and by cheque. Please note that Visa and Master credit cards incur a 2% surcharge, however UK debit cards do not incur any surcharges. Through our SA office, we can accept payment in South African Rand for RSA residents. Your balance payment is not due until 8 weeks prior to departure.

As soon as we receive your completed booking form and deposit payment, we will then confirm all your holiday arrangements and send you a payment confirmation. Once we contact you with final confirmation of your trip, your deposit then becomes non-refundable. You will receive final confirmation, your travel documentation and a detailed pre-departure information pack after we have received your full payment.

The air holidays and flights booked are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL licence number is 9168. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. Holiday monies for non-air holidays are protected under the Bond Plus protection scheme
