This tour is designed to show you some of the must see wildlife areas in Namibia and Botswana combined with the scenic beauty of the mighty Victoria Falls in Zambia. First stop is Etosha National Park, one of the continent's greatest game viewing areas with huge herds of elephant and both black and white rhino. You will then continue along to the northeast into the Caprivi Strip, a long, skinny stretch of tropical wetland areas rich in wildlife. The Caprivi is dominated by rivers, swamps and floodplains providing a home to a wide variety of wildlife. From the Caprivi you will visit the Chobe in Botswana known for its huge concentration of elephants, especially along the Chobe River. No trip to this part of the world would be complete without a visit to the impressive Victoria Falls. The Zambezi River gorge below the falls has developed into Africa's centre for adventure sports offering adrenaline surging activities such as white water rafting, abseiling, gorge swings and the famous bungee jump into the gorge.

This itinerary explores the less frequented wildlife areas, including the newly gazetted Saadani National Park on the Indian Ocean Coast. It also includes Mikumi and Ruaha and several road transfers to experience the real Tanzania. Tanzania has some of the most untouched National Parks in Africa. Although it may rain periodically, the bush it at its most vibrant in the Emerald season. One of the highlights for this time of the year are the big cats - just like their domestic cousins they dislike getting wet so can often be seen coming out onto the roads. Although this time of the year is not ideal for game walks due to lush vegetation, plenty of wildlife can be spotted during morning and afternoon game drives in the park. Option to extend this safari with a trip to Livingstone with the main reason for visiting undoubtedly the spectacular Victoria Falls - one of the seven natural wonders of the world.
